We love setting up CRMs for wedding businesses! We'll take care of building out your project and document templates and creating a seamless client onboarding process.
We have official certifications from Aisle Planner and Dubsado, but we can work with just about any CRM.
As a wedding pro, we know you're a master with checklists, and likely have a laundry list of tech things you need to take care of, but you've been too busy to check them off your growing "do this someday" list. With our Full Day BFF and Half Day BFF packages, you can let us take care of them for you!

As soon as you reach out to us, we'll schedule a time to chat about you, your business, and your technology needs. This is a free, zero-obligation conversation. After we chat, you'll get a proposal recommending our next steps together.
Service
We'll hop on a video call with you and get to work!
For Quick Fixes and Hourly BFFs, we'll be with you the whole time, walking you through your tech questions and occasionally taking control of your screen as needed.
Our Full Day BFF and Half Day BFF sessions will start and end with a video call, but we'll spend the rest of the time doing the work for you while you do...whatever you'd like!
For our Monthly BFFs, we'll continue to have regular check-ins whenever you need them!

Our Story
Hi friend! I’m Todd, your new Tech BFF!
Before becoming a wedding planner, I spent 10 years blurring the lines between technology and creativity as a Production Manager and Technical Director for live theatre. Whether I was drafting scenic details, programming complicated lighting sequences, or creating automated systems to track calendars and budgets, I was always discovering new ways to use technology to work smarter instead of harder.
After diving into this incredible world of weddings, I quickly found that many of the technical systems I had in place in the theatre worked with or could be easily adapted for weddings. But just as quickly, I found that so many of my wedding planning colleagues were struggling to keep up with all of the new apps out there! They would be amazed by what I thought was a simple suggestion to improve their workflow; it came naturally to me, but was completely unfamiliar to them.
That’s why I started Wedding Tech BFF: to help wedding pros like you put technology to work for your business while you focus on your clients.
